Like the Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Pharos Business Park project will create an entry gate to Bratislava, the capital of the Slovak Republic.

The new business and administrative center will be built on an area of 56 hectares in the immediate vicinity of Bratislava Airport. The location offers great potential for clients who want to be near the airport, right next to a highway bypass leading to the city center. Pharos Business Park will offer exceptional transport connections whether by air or land, as well as comprehensive services necessary for the integration of a modern and lucrative city district. Thanks to the future planned high-speed train connection between Bratislava Airport and the Austrian airport in Schwechat and the highway, which connects Slovakia to Hungary, Austria and the Czech Republic, Pharos will become a business center of European importance. Pharos Business Park will be a modern and interesting complex of administrative premises, large retail premises, a shopping center, restaurants and cafes. So far, the Decathlon sports equipment store has been opened, followed by Bauhaus, the German chain with needs for domestic craftsmen and the German furniture manufacturer Sconto, which has opened here its biggest store in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The Pharos Business Park project is being implemented within an investment group, which includes CZ Slovakia, a.s.
