Industrial Zone Sereď – South

The Industrial Zone Sereď – South with a total area of 240 hectares belongs to the largest industrial and logistic zones in Slovakia. It has all utility networks, a flat surface, clear ownership structure and strategic transport accessibility.

In the Industrial Zone Sereď – South the following companies have opened their logistic halls: Lidl, Mountpark Logistics EU, Amazon, Billa and PNK Group. The company Lidl has built a logistic center here, which is one of their largest in Europe and as the first one has been awarded with the highest BREEAM certificate in Slovakia. The company Mountpark Logistics EU plans to build a warehouse and industrial premises creating over 800 workplaces.

One of the largest internet retailers Amazon, has opened its new reversed logistic centrum equipped with the latest technology on a surface of over 60,000 sqm.

CZ Slovakia, a.s. is working on this project based on a cooperation agreement.
